Specifically for our mobile application, we request access to your device's Location to enable the following core features:

• Labour Attendance: Mark labour attendance accurately by verifying that check-ins occur within the designated project site boundary.
• Project Location Management: Allow admins to create and configure project locations, ensuring that site geo-fences are set up correctly.
• On-Site Presence Verification: Verify on-site presence for work activities, ensuring accountability for tasks and site-specific operations.

Access Scope: Your location is accessed only while you are actively using the app. We do not collect location data in the background.

Data Privacy: Your location data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third-party advertisers or unrelated external parties. It is used solely for the operational purposes described above and is accessible only to authorized stakeholders within your organizational hierarchy.

3. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with authorized project stakeholders (Admins, Clients, and Site Managers) as per your organizational hierarchy. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security

We implement strict security measures including JWT authentication and encrypted data storage to protect your construction data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Users have the right to access their data or request account deletion. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please contact your company administrator or email us at privacy@arkian.in.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in Play Store regulations or our internal practices. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated policy.
